The Raeds HE switches from AEBoards are an innovative combination of Hall-effect technology and a rubber dome mechanism. Instead of a traditional spring switch, they utilize a silicone dome that provides a soft, linear typing feel—paired with the durable and contactless actuation of a magnetic Hall-effect sensor. The housing is designed in the MX footprint, so classic MX keycaps will fit, but only HE-compatible PCBs may be used (not standard Cherry MX PCBs).
