The Gateron Magnetic Fox belongs to the new generation of magnetic (Hall-effect) switches and offers a particularly smooth, contactless typing experience. By eliminating traditional metal contacts, it delivers an extremely durable, precise, and low-maintenance switching action. The transparent housing ensures clear light distribution in RGB setups, while the specially designed stem reduces lateral wobble. Overall, the Magnetic Fox is a modern linear switch with a very smooth, controlled actuation and futuristic technology.
