Available in multiple materials, the plates allow you to influence the board's flex, touch response, and acoustics – ideal for demanding builds.

Technical specifications

  • Compatibility: Specifically designed for the Frog TKL (Tenkeyless) layout

  • Material options:

    • Aluminum (1.5 mm): Stiff touch, clear sound

    • FR4 (1.6 mm): Balanced typing feel, solid stability

    • POM (1.5 mm): Flexible, dampened touch and softer sound profile

    • Polycarbonate (PC): Slightly more flexible, softer sound, slightly transparent

  • Mounting: Compatible with the tadpole mounting system used for the Frog TKL model

  • Function: Serves to hold the switches, affects the flex, stability and sound of the keyboard
